May contest has ended.

The May pet photo contest has ended. See the winning contestant on our homepage. We had a wonderful time with this contest and just love all of the wonderful furbabies (and featherbaby). PetsJubilee wants to thank everyone who participated! We sincerely hope you'll join us for the upcoming contests, as well! Here's our tentative schedule:

October: Halloween Costumes

You can follow all of the June fun in our forum on Etsy. Just stop in and say hi, or talk about your pets, or introduce something from your shop.

The new contest rules are posted to the right. Please read through them because there are some changes from the May contest.

Rules for Voting

Voting will run from May 16th through noon, EST on May 31, 2009.

Look at the entries, read their funny traits, and pick one to vote on.

To vote, leave a comment by clicking on the Comment link under the pet you would like to vote for.
Then click on "Post a Comment"
Type your comment.
Type the "word verification"
Under "Choose an Identity", click Google (Blogger), Open Id, Name/URL or Anonymous and enter your information. IF YOU CHOOSE ANONYMOUS, YOU MUST "SIGN" YOUR COMMENT WITH SOME ID NAME. You can use your Etsy, Artfire, AOL name - just something. (ie. I think such and so is so adorable. Sincerely, PetsJubilee.etsy.com).

One vote per person per day.

"Gremlin is a rescue pup who makes up in personality what he might lack in good looks- yes, he's aptly named, but his mommy loves his face! Gremlin is our sweet clown. He likes to hold "paws" with me when we sleep, he plays "bucking bronco" with pieces of his food- throwing them up in the air and bucking around to catch them, and the best- he throws his head back and howls like Chewbacca when he really wants to make a point. Really- I'm not kidding- he sounds exactly like Chewie!"

Also, the cart is the perfect petting height. In case we don't notice her, she reaches out and grabs us as we try to walk by. Now, we have thought of changing his name to "Snooze" since that has become his favorite pastime! You can usually find Flash napping on the couch, armchair, or one of his 2 people boys' beds. His favorite snooze spot is the living room sofa, on my vintage needlepoint pillows, which we call his "two-pillow nest.""
