"Even though Alyssa is not Myah's real Mom, she cleans her face and protects her just the same. Alyssa was abused the first 5 months of her life and Myah was the perfect little friend for her to gain some confidence. She needed to feel like a Mom to someone since no one gave her any love as a puppy but she sure knows how to give it. "
