Bob, Sam, Penelope and Kozmo

Hi, We have 4 animals, Bob (Roberta) and Sam (Samatha) who are actually ½ sisters. Bob will be 11 on July 11, this year and Sam will be 10 on August 17th. Penelope (the Cat From Hell) was 13 years old last week and out newcomer is Kozmo! He will be 1 on September 23rd!

The picture I have attached is of Bob, Sam and Penelope in our truck. We travel (a lot) and they are all good travelers.

This was taken one sunny Florida afternoon when all the felines were up from their 8 hour long afternoon naps. I'd like to say that they are enjoying the view of the outdoors from their fabulous cat tree, however, they are hunting a fly and they are in the search and find part of the hunt in this photo. PS - they found the fly.

Shitziis
This is my rat, with the peculiar name Shitziis ;) He's tough and independent on the outside but a big, squishy and adorable lover on the inside. He's getting pretty old, so we're grateful to still have him around. His brother Tinkles passed recently, so we've been showing him extra love. Shitziis loves to explore and can still do some neat tricks for a worthy treat. I took this picture as soon as I got my camera.

i tried really hard, but fancy just does not like the picture taking! i don't count that as a personality flaw. she's honestly perfect & has the most incredible collapsable ears.

"I was in the front garden in this picture that is why I had to have a leash. You know those humans might go running off into the street if they are not attached to us. Well, I was checking out the neighborhood making sure no squirrels sneak up on us when mommy got this cute photo of me by the water fountain that the birds like to splash in. I don't get that. I mean why would they want to get wet on purpose...."

Giupetto, Gianna, Poncho and Peep

Spring for Giupetto and Gianna means sunshine and lounge chairs.

Spring makes me think of birds, bird nests and bird song. Here are my 2 pet finches sharing their nest and then each of them sharing their song. The Gouldian finch is the red faced one and his buddy is Peep, a Society finch.

Two Tabby Kittens
These two tabby kittens were part of a litter a stray momma kitty brought up to Grandma's back porch. She had been feeding Momma Kitty for several months, and Momma delivered five kittens in appreciation. They loved to play hide and seek in Grandma's flower beds!

May Pet Photo Contest: May Flowers

Spring is in the air! So many of our team mates have had nothing but cold, wind, and even snow through the month of April. We're all dreaming of spring and sunshine and flowers, so show us some spring :) Send in your photo, slide show, or video of your pet outside in the sunshine, enjoying nature. Add some words to be posted with their pic to go along with the theme.

We'll be accepting entries from May 1st through the 31st noon EST. Visit us in the forums where we'll be hanging out and introducing the new entries.

We welcome all pets: dogs, cats, birds, gerbils, hamsters, geckos, chickens, frogs, turtles, snakes, pigs, horses, just to name a few.

Sometime later on the 30th, we'll choose a winner using random.org and announce the results here. So comment as often as you like for as many furbabies as you like.
